6. VIP Membership Service and Subscription Management
6.1 VIP Benefits and Validity Period
After subscribing to VIP membership, you may freely access all benefits marked with the VIP label within the membership validity period.
Upon expiry of the membership term without renewal, your VIP benefits will cease.
VIP benefits are exclusively for the holder of the paid account and cannot be transferred between different accounts.
No user may gift, lend, rent, sell or otherwise transfer VIP membership status and associated benefits.
If you violate the above restrictions, we may directly cancel the transferee’s VIP account and related benefits without prior notice. Losses arising therefrom shall be borne jointly by both parties involved in the transfer.

We have the right to determine charging methods, pricing standards and usage rules based on the Product and its services.
Different service items may adopt different charging standards, and the same service may be priced differently at different operational stages. We may also adjust pricing for existing paid services or convert previously free services into paid ones.
If prices or charging rules change, we will publish an announcement prior to the change. New pricing and related provisions take effect immediately upon publication and form a valid part of this Agreement.
If you do not accept the revised prices or rules, you may stop using the relevant services; continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated charging arrangements.
6.3 VIP Auto-Renewal Service
The auto-renewal function is available only after you have activated VIP membership.
By selecting this function, you acknowledge that you understand and authorise us to deduct subsequent subscription fees via the Google Play Account linked to your membership account.
When your current VIP membership cycle is about to expire, the system will automatically collect fees for the next subscription cycle.
If the linked Google Account has insufficient balance to complete renewal, your VIP benefits will expire at the end of the current membership period.
6.4 How to Disable Auto-Renewal
VIP subscription fees are settled through your Google Play Account.
Your subscription will auto-renew for the next cycle unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
You may cancel auto-renewal by following these steps: Open Google Play → go to Payments & Subscriptions → select Subscriptions → locate the VIP subscription item for Reel Party → tap Cancel Subscription.

We are not liable for disputes arising from the use of third-party payment services.
7.4 Handling of Payment Anomalies and Balance Differences
If the amount you actually pay differs from the amount we receive due to platform system failure, we will properly settle the discrepancy provided that relevant transaction data can be restored and you can supply legitimate and valid proof.
Specific handling rules are as follows: If platform failure causes the amount we receive to be less than the amount you paid, we will make up the difference. If system anomalies cause the amount we receive to exceed the amount you paid, we have the right to recover the excess portion.
7.5 Validity Period of Paid Short Dramas and Episodes
Reel Party offers short dramas and episodes available for paid viewing.
After purchasing paid episodes, your viewing access to such content is valid for one month. We only guarantee your access to purchased paid dramas within this validity period.
We shall not be liable for viewing failures or playback anomalies occurring after the expiry date.
You confirm that after subscribing to dramas on this Product, you may not request changes to completed subscriptions.
